So, today is day 6.
Almost one week down! I am feeling better today and I seem to have
more energy. My food was sporadic today because I was on the go a lot. I
made a mug cake for the first time today and it was really good. I think
I am going to start making those more often. Who knew sweetener free
desserts could taste so good? The only thing I miss right now is
kombucha. I am drinking 8 ounces but since I make my own I usually drink
more than that each day.

jicama, nuts

Deviled eggs, kale chips

chicken, parsnip fries,
brussels sprouts
