Day 15 of the 21DSD

Only one more week of the detox.  What am I going to eat when I am finished?  Well, I bought some local oranges at the farmer's market and I really want to eat one!  Plus, I have a kumquat tree and it has fruit ready to eat!  I think I am going to just add some fruit back and that is it for a while.  I am planning to have some pumpkin pie for Thanksgiving (grain-free of course) but then get right back to no sugar.  No sugar really works best for me.

Here were my foods today

Breakfast
Chicken sausage, tomato, 1/2 avocado

Lunch
Green-tipped banana, almond butter, cacao nibs, pecans

Dinner
Primal Jambalaya

Snack
8 ounces of Kombucha
